Axora Tech Lab is a product engineering studio. We build SaaS platforms, AI systems, and the infrastructure underneath them, for our clients and for ourselves.
We don't just build SaaS. We run one.
We set out building our own product, Qireon, and took on client work alongside it. Running a SaaS of our own changes what we recommend: architecture decisions, on-call burden, and the cost of shortcuts stop being theoretical when you are the one carrying them.
That is the whole pitch. We are a small team, we work directly with the people who make decisions, and we hand back something your own engineers can maintain without us.
How we work

Scoped by the people who build it
The plan you approve is written by the team that delivers it, so the estimate reflects the actual work rather than a sales target.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, accounts, and documentation are yours from day one. We are replaceable by design, and that is the point.
Security is not a phase
Threat modelling, secrets handling, and access control are part of the build, not a review scheduled the week before launch.
Shipping beats presenting
Progress is measured against a live environment. A deck describing what will exist is not the same as software that does.
Our own product
Qireon is our security and compliance automation platform. Building and operating it is where a lot of what we know about multi-tenancy, evidence pipelines, and running software other people depend on actually came from.
Where we are
Based in Bengaluru, India, working async with teams across US, EU, and APAC time zones. Most engagements run remotely, with a shared channel and a live environment rather than a weekly status call.
