Compliance and code, not one or the other
We expect people to ship policies and pull requests. The two disciplines reinforce each other, and the hybrid is what makes our work different.
Async by default, sync when it matters
Most work happens in writing across time zones. Meetings exist, but only for kickoffs, hard decisions, and auditor calls.
Current status
No open roles right now.
We hire deliberately and infrequently. When we do open a role, it shows up here. In the meantime, if your background lines up with what we do — compliance implementation, SaaS engineering, security engineering, or some hybrid of the three — send an intro and we will keep you on file.
