You own the problem
Everyone here runs engagements end to end. No layers of PMs, account managers, or handoffs. If you join, the thing you scope is the thing you build.
Breadth is expected
The work spans product engineering, AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and security. You will not be doing the same slice of the stack every quarter.
We ship our own product too
Client work and Qireon run in parallel. That means you also get to see what happens to a decision eighteen months after you make it.
Remote, async by default
Based in Bengaluru, working across time zones. Written communication matters more here than being visible in a chat window.
Areas we hire into
No open postings at the moment. When something opens it is usually in one of these, and we go to people who have already introduced themselves first.
