Automation Engineering
Replace the manual handoffs between your tools. We map the process, automate the path, and leave you with something observable instead of a black box.
What this actually involves
Most manual work between systems is not a staffing problem, it is a missing integration. The cost is usually invisible because it is spread across people rather than a line item.
We map the process as it actually runs, automate the path, and leave you something observable, with retries and alerting, rather than a script nobody dares touch.
What you end up with
- A mapped process with the manual steps identified
- Event-driven workflows with durable state
- Integrations across the tools you already use
- Monitoring, retry logic, and failure alerting
In scope
The concrete pieces of work this engagement covers.

Questions we get asked
What if our process changes?
Workflows are defined in code and versioned, so changing one is a normal code change with a review and a test, not a rebuild.
Do we need a specific platform?
No. We use what fits, and we prefer tools that keep the logic in your repository rather than locked inside a vendor UI.
What happens when a step fails?
It retries with backoff, and if it still fails it alerts a human with the context needed to fix it. Silent failure is the thing we design against.
